Hi, I’m Hadley, but most people call me Hads. I’m married to my best friend, and together we have a little girl, a dog, a boat, a garden, and a lot of intention behind how we live. The work I do every day is an extension of that.
With 10+ years in influencer marketing, PR, and brand partnerships, I’ve built the kind of industry knowledge that only comes from being on every side of the table — as a strategist, a campaign manager, and now, a mom.
At By Hads, I offer baby registry curation for families, content creation and product testing for brands, and consulting on branding and influencer campaigns. What sets my work apart is simple: I know the motherhood and baby product space at a depth that benefits everyone I work with. I’ve built registries for major influencers and first-time moms alike, drawing on extensive research into product launches, safety standards, health and ingredient considerations, and the aesthetics that today’s families actually care about. I want the best for my daughter — and I bring that same standard to every family I work with.
